Workshop Training: 1 Day on Site



Factory Floor

Training is delivered via a mix of workshop based discussions, power point presentations and most importantly, practical exercises, where delegates are expected to apply and discuss their new skills by reviewing them on the factory floor.


All courses are based on current BRC and UK Retailer Codes of Practice and auditing standard requirements.


COURSE COST: 5 Delegates £975 (+ VAT) plus consultant expenses at cost.

Where appropriate additional delegates charged at £175 (+ VAT) per person.

Allergen training

This workshop is designed to provide staff with a clear methodology of how to identify, prioritise and manage allergenic cross contamination risks on site and offers applied knowledge of how these contamination risks can be assessed and reduced in a manufacturing environment.




Foreign body control training

The workshop is designed to provide your team with an awareness of industry best practice in identifying, preventing and controlling many foreign body risks as well as effectively investigating incidents to prevent re-occurrence.  


Internal auditing training

This workshop is designed to provide your internal auditors with an experienced understanding of auditing techniques and their application as a tool for continuous improvement across the site. 

Cleaning training

The workshop is designed to provide your team with a good understanding of how to organise and manage a robust hygiene function. Covering audit expectations of hygiene management systems and their application as well as how to successfully challenge their on-going effectiveness.



Metal detector training
Metal Detection

On completion of the workshop, each delegate will have working knowledge of relevant best practice and will be conversant in the proper application of Metal Detection/X-ray equipment and procedures on the factory floor



GMP training

This workshop is designed to provide your team with an increased awareness of what good and bad manufacturing practice in the factory environment looks like and to help them become more focused and questioning of the everyday standards around them.
